Request Appointment

Your First Visit

Please show up to your appointment approximately 10 minutes early, so you can have enough time to complete our New Patient Form.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will start your appointment by going over your medical and dental history and performing a full dental exam. Your exam will consist of an in-depth assessment of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any X-rays that are needed.

Treatment Plan

Depending on your dental history and the results of your examination, your dentist will establish a long-term dental treatment plan for you. They will also designate time to answer any questions you might have regarding your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Payment

At Dr. James Gallant Dentistry, we can help navigate you through our payment options and insurance claims, so you can focus on obtaining your dental goals.

  • Insurance Billing

At our office, our patients pay the bill for their dental procedure at the end of the appointment and submit the claim to their insurance providers for reimbursement. Our team can assist you in better understanding the terms and coverage provided by your insurance plan.

  • Payment Methods

The full cost of your treatment has to be paid at the time of your appointment. We are able to accept payments made by cash, debit, or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

It is common for patients to have anxiety or fear around their dental appointments, and it can keep people from getting the dental care they require. If this sounds like you, there is no need to worry.

Our dental team at Dr. James Gallant Dentistry has a range of practices in place, such as dental sedation options, to help you be more comfortable during your dental visits.
